1st Quarter: Back in the Game was more than just an event — it was a love letter to the educators who show up every day for their students. As a former teacher myself, I know firsthand how much energy and heart it takes to pour into a classroom. This celebration was my way of giving that love back.
Held in Houston, the event brought teachers together for an afternoon of laughter, music, and well-deserved recognition. From the classroom-inspired “Recess” theme to over $2,600 in sponsor giveaways, every detail was crafted to remind educators that they matter — and that their work doesn’t go unnoticed.
Between the photo ops, swag bags, and spontaneous dance moments, something special happened: connection. Teachers left not just with gifts, but with a renewed sense of community and joy for the work they do.
1st Quarter: Back in the Game marked the start of Tyed Together Events’ tradition of celebrating educators — where purpose meets fun, and every detail is Tyed to Perfection.
