Tyvarion Malone

When I introduce myself, I always say: “Hello, my company is Tyed Together Events. I am an event planner and I'm the guy that "ties" things together for people.” That’s not just a clever play on words, it’s the heart of what I do. I take all the moving parts and bring them together with intention, making sure each detail works in harmony to create something truly special.

Before launching Tyed Together Events, I spent over 10 years in education. I began my career in Louisiana as a third-grade reading teacher, and after relocating to Houston in 2015, I continued as a fifth-grade math teacher and later served in leadership roles including Acting Principal, Instructional Leader, SPED Administrator, Math Department Chair, and Assistant Principal. That experience taught me how to lead with vision, manage logistics, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders—skills that translate seamlessly into event planning.

In 2024, I transitioned into the private sector as a Business Support Manager and earned my MBA in Human Resources. That career shift gave me deeper insight into business operations and helped me truly understand what it takes to build something sustainable and impactful.
