Before the founding of Tyed Together Events, this project served as a source of inspiration for the company’s mission to create meaningful and engaging experiences. In partnership with Houston ISD Wraparound Services, I had the pleasure of contributing to a vibrant community event by providing a snow cone vendor. With August temperatures soaring above 90 degrees, the refreshing snow cones were a sweet and cooling treat for participants of all ages.
The event was designed to connect families with essential resources and support services while fostering a sense of togetherness. The addition of snow cones brought an element of fun and relief from the heat, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Being part of this impactful initiative reinforced my passion for event planning and community engagement, ultimately inspiring the creation of Tyed Together Events. It was an honor to support Houston ISD’s efforts and contribute to an event that was both memorable and enjoyable.
