School Pageant

This unforgettable school pageant, held at the largest middle school in Houston ISD, was a true celebration of talent, creativity, and community. Working closely with school administration, I provided full-service planning to ensure every detail was thoughtfully executed. From sending out invitations and designing eye-catching programs to writing the event script and agenda, every aspect of the pageant was carefully crafted. I also coordinated with food vendors to provide catering for both rehearsals and the main event, offered consultation and feedback during rehearsals, and created vibrant flyers and a professional ad book to enhance the experience.

Additionally, I organized the sale of ads, which added a valuable fundraising component to the event. This project, completed before the founding of Tyed Together Events, played a pivotal role in inspiring the company’s mission. It demonstrated the power of meticulous planning and collaboration in creating events that leave a lasting impact.
